		<description>I made the vegetarian version of this recipe and was very happy with the outcome.  The only ingredient that I did not have was Cilantro.  Bret says that I could substitute fresh parsley, which I did not have, but I am sure a few shakes of dried parsley would have been fine.  I will definitely make this one again.</description>
