Even after letting the brioche dough sit in the fridge for more than the recommended time (over 5 days) it worked perfectly and they were delicious! After attending the signing and demo at Bret's Table & meeting Zoe & Jeff, I decided to give it a go! I have amazed my family & friends with 3 batches of perfect bread - yeah for me! Thanks to all! Cheryl Being well known as a non-baker, I was a bit apprehensive to try to tackle bread & this technique seemed too easy! As soon as the book came out, we had it out and testing some of the recipes.
