What a joy to take a class from a talented teacher who is passionate about his craft.

Learning the complexities and pitfalls of making fine chocolates was an eyeopener for me.

It was a wonderful class in a wonderful setting.

And it sure didn't hurt to go home with four boxes of chocolates. Hershey's will never darken my door again.

Thank you Brian and Bret.
Diane
